We’re looking for a dynamic Retail Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth point-of-sale (POS) operations. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience through accurate transactions, merchandising, and brand representation.

• Execute all POS activities efficiently and accurately
• Scan merchandise and process payments with precision
• Handle cash securely and responsibly
• Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard programme
• Highlight in-store promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction
• Represent the brand with professionalism and friendliness
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Stay informed on product ranges, promotions, and store events
• Uphold company values and contribute to our vision of being the customer’s first choice in health and beauty retail

• Basic maths and numeracy
• Retail or FMCG experience (preferred)
• Understanding of merchandising and promotional principles
• Familiarity with stock management procedures

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Essential: Grade 12
• Preferred: Minimum 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
• Experience: Prior customer-facing experience in retail or FMCG is a plus
