What You’ll Do
- Make outbound customer calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Promote client products and services, converting leads into successful outcomes.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in call center, telesales, or customer service.
- Reliable internet connection (WiFi or Fibre), laptop, and headset with microphone.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Resilience, target-driven mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
